As you know from having already listened to the audio version of S3E16—right?—my co-host Tomek finished reading the Spanish literary classic in English translation last month, whereas I read (or at least half-read) it, also in English translation, 27 years ago. Our discussion of this canonical text, for better or worse, was rather lengthy and wide-ranging, but that’s how we tend to roll.
